Tovar, O. 1955. Revisión de las especies peruanas del género Perezia (Compositae). 8:1-35. This paper is limited to a taxonomic revision
of the species of Perezia known to occur in Peru. The
genus Perezia is exclusively American with approximately
85 species fifteen of which are from the Peruvian Andes. A discussion
of the morphology and description is included and 3 new species
: P. coriacea, P. fosbergii and P. conaicaensis.
